Cannon Library Code of Conduct - Children's Room


Borrowing:
Library cards will be issued to all authorized users with proper identification upon the completion of a library card registration form. Minor children will only be issued library cards when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Authorized users include active duty military, retired military, family members of active duty or retired military, DOD civilian employees, and contract employees with a CAC card.

Returning Items:
Materials may be returned inside during operating hours or in the drop box after hours. The drop box is located in the parking lot in front of the library.

Overdue Materials:
It is the responsibility of the borrower and sponsor to ensure all library materials are returned on time. Overdue notices are delivered by email. First Sergeants and Commanders may be contacted when materials are not returned on time. Borrowing privileges are suspended until all overdue materials are returned.

Lost/Damaged Materials:
All materials checked out are to be returned in the same condition and with all components intact this includes but is not limited to cases, covers, inserts and labels. Lost or damaged materials are to be replaced by the customer with an exact copy of the item checked out.

Study and Multipurpose Rooms:
Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If a reservation is desired, please contact a staff member at least one business day prior to the event. Study Room reservations are available for a maximum of 2 hours.
