How do I get a library card?
Bring your DoD ID card to the library where you will be asked to complete a short form. Library card registration takes about 5 minutes.
Who is eligible for a library card?
Library cards are issued to active duty military and their family members, retired military and their family members, DoD civilian employees, and some contractors working on the installation. Family members under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian present at the time the library card is issued.
Who can use my library card?
The library cardholder is the only individual allowed to use their library card.
I can’t find/lost my library card, what do I do?
Bring your DoD ID card to the library to be issued a replacement library card.
I can’t log in to my library account, what do I do?
Make sure you entered your full library card number without spaces and your password correctly. You may need to call or visit the library for assistance.
Library card privileges expire once a year. If your card is expired, you will need to bring your DoD ID card to the library to have your account updated.
If you have materials checked out that are overdue, your account will be blocked which prevents logging in. You may request the renewal of materials by phone or email.

What are the hours and location?
The library hours are 9 am - 7 pm Monday - Thursday, and 9 am - 3 pm Friday and Saturday. The library is closed on Sundays, and holidays. The library is located at 107 W. Albright Ave, Building 75.
What programs or events does the library offer?
The library holds story time, 3D printer training, reading programs, and many other events throughout the year. See the calendar of events for a complete list.
Can I reserve a room for studying or for a meeting?
The library has three study rooms with seating for 3 and a multipurpose room with seating for 20. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis or may be reserved a minimum of one business day in advance. Study room reservations are available for a maximum time of 2 hours per day.
Do you offer CLEP/DSST classes or tutoring?
The library provides study materials for CLEP/DSST tests but does not offer classes or tutoring services. Study materials are available in print, online through the DoD MWR Libraries catalog and in ebooks installed on tablets that are available for check out.
Are there any eBooks or online materials that can be used?
The library has thousands of eBooks, eAudio, music, movies, television series, language services, and more available by logging in to the DoD MWR Libraries catalog with your DoD ID number.
Does the library offer free WiFi?
Yes! Free WiFi is available. Ask a staff member for the password.
Can I place a hold on materials?
Yes! Holds may be placed on any material the library owns by logging in to the library catalog with your library card. An email will be sent when materials are available for pick-up.
